Shipping policy

We will ship your order(s) on Monday or Tuesday. Local pickup and local delivery normally are on the weekend. 

We will ship your fish by

UPS 1-2 Day arrival at flat rate $39.99 for Ranchu and Tamasaba Goldfish.

USPS Priority rate 2-3 day $19.99 is available for Medaka rice fish. 

As for koi, we are using South West Cargo Next Flight Guarantee service to ship your koi fish to your nearest South West Cargo location. You pay the shipping cost at South West location to pickup. You will have to bring your ID to pickup. Based on our experience, you normally pay around $100-$120 per box to pick up your koi. 

Local Delivery fee will be $10 and customer's location must be within 20 miles from zip code 92840.
