Refund policy

Non-returnable for Live Fish Purchase. 
We are unable to accept return on live fish purchase from us. However, if your fish die due to shipping, you are eligible for an exchange or store credit on your next purchase. We could only give you a fish with equal value of your purchased fish (excluding shipping cost)

Exchanges/Store Credit
To be eligible for exchange or store credit, please do the following:

After the fish arrive, as a precaution, please take a quick video of you opening the shipping box.

Please indicate if you want a replaced fish or store credit for your next purchase.

Refunds for Pond Supplies and Fish Food

You have 15-day to return an unopen or undamaged fish food or products purchase from us. You are responsible for shipping cost to return the product(s) to us. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
